Employees are the building blocks of the company, and their performance always have had played a vital role in the success of the firm. Companies can aid their staff to become productive in numerous ways. Nowadays attaining a work-life balance is utmost crucial for every individual in their life. In other words, because of personal life problems, a number of employees, who work in corporate offices with dedication to achieve their targets, could not produce their work to the satisfactory levels. It is, therefore, necessary that employers should consider their staff issues and help them achieving right balance between personal and professional areas. For instance, the company, where my cousin works, provides counselling and training facilities for their staff to overcome their problems in order to increase their performance in both the areas. Furthermore, in order to improve employee’s productivity, employers can introduce non-monetary rewards. To be more specific, introducing schemes such as awards, would motivate and encourage the staff to perform better and create a competitive environment in the office. It would not only enhance their productivity but also aids in the overall growth of the company. To illustrate, when I got the best employee award last year, my colleagues got inspired with me, and they worked hard to achieve the award which would be a great compliment for an individual while working in the company. If these facilities were to become available, every company would gain profits. In conclusion, without any denying, employee’s performance plays an imperative role in the business. If employees maintain a correct balance between their work and life along with receiving training and rewards for their work, a company would definitely will in profit as a result of their staff’s productivity. .
