Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Vicky Amin and I am writing this letter to nominate an individual from my vicinity for best neighbour competition. I read the classified in your newspaper and felt my nominee fits the bill perfectly to receive this award. I have been born and brought up in this city and I stay in Rose apartments near the hills. I am a full-time professional working with a management firm as a business analyst. Part time, I work with a local NGO who aims in rescuing abused animals from the locality. I would like to recommend my neighbour Mr. John Smith, who is a banker by profession and social activist by choice. He stays with his family in the same apartment as I and also heads our building committee as a secretary. He is associated with a lot of NGOs in & around the city fighting for multiple social and noble causes. I believe, he is the perfect choice to receive this award as he has undertaken many social activities for the betterment of the city. Firstly, he got a land approved by mayor to build a shelter for abused animals in the outskirts of the city. Secondly, lake restoration was carried out under his vigilance. Thirdly, every weekend he teaches basic education to poor children. Lastly, he was the face of our city magazine "The Westin" in the year 2019, wherein his efforts were recognized by the local council.
