The bread Making Process has six key stages. In the fisrt stage, water and sugar are warmed to active yeast. The following stages, the first mixture ia added more water, flour and salt to creat the dough. In the third stage, the dough is kneaded for 10 minutes to make smooth and shiny. After that, the dough is left to rise warm place for 1 to 3 hours to yeast stimulates the dough blooms. The fifth stage, the dough is puched down to release air and is kneaded for a few minutes. Finally, shape loaves are created and risen for an hour over 200 degree centigrade. This part of the process takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
