Recently, there has been a ton of debate as to food with superpower. More specifcally, in regard to passages, the writer puts forth the idea that there are some sort of food declined dieeases provide energy and change lifes. In the listening passage, the lecturer is quick to point out there are some serious flaws in the writers claims. In fact, the professor believes that there is no food with superpower, and addresses, in deatail, the trouble with each point made in the reading text. First and foremost, the author of the reading states that bluebrries have been shown a benificial influence on our brain function. Eating a bunch of blueberries consuming one cup of blueberries every day can help prevent brain damage caused by aging. Some professional in the same field, however, stand in firm opposition to this claim. In the listening, for example, the professor states that is not accurate due to the fact that scientists have experimented this only with animals specially rats. He goes on to say that we can not rely on this on humans until the researchers provide data on humans. One group of scholars, represented by the writer, thinks that some vegetables can protect people from canser and lower cholesterol. Of course, though, not all experts in this field believe this is accurate, Again, the speaker specifically addresses this point when he states that tomato and garlic and broccoli might effect the body in a good way but there is not a prove or study illustarte that these vegetables protect from cancer. Finally, the author wraps his argument by positing that garlic effect the cholesterol by cause a drop on the blood. Not surprisingly, the professor takes issue with this claim by contending that this is uclear it has to be there more information such as the drop only happend on the first 3 month and disappered after 6 months, although there is no food with superpower and we have to do our research before we confirm this.
