summarizing a reading about parkour

summarizing a reading about parkour lejRo
It is believed that parkour is a state of mind rather than a sport. Virtually it seems that traceurs just try to get over different physical obstacles through various moves. However, in fact, it's about overcoming mental and physical constraints both. Parkour is based on the concepts of freedom, humility, self-development, and better knowledge of how to interact with the world. Although, there are a number of gyms and camps where you can learn and practice parkour many traceurs do not appreciate the idea of having dedicated space for their activity. Freerunning refers to another form of parkour, which focuses on personal development more, while parkour is often done as part of a group.
