ACADEMICS AND STUDENT BACKGROUND: I am Partho Sarkar. I had full freedom to choose my field of study from my family. In my 9th & 10th grades, my major subject was science. So, I got interested in technology from it. I passed secondary school with GPA. 4. 28 out of 5. 00. Then I decided to do a diploma in graphic design. So, I get admitted myself in graphic design subject in diploma in engineering from Graphic Arts Institute which is placed in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In diploma, I took Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English and Computer Application as my subjects and passed its examination conducted by Technical Board and secured CGPA 4. 33 out of 4. 00 (a copy is attached with application). I was an active somehow indulgent student among others during my studies, very often I was involved in many curricular and co-curricular activities. In fact, I was a quite well-known person on my campus. If observed by the meritorious efforts I remained very competent and I have passed all entrance tests conducted by the academic institution of my education with high achievements. During the course of my diploma. I studied several diverse subjects e. g. Animation, Visual Communication, Packaging Design, Digital Photography, Desktop Publishing, Web Design, Advertising, Fabric Design, Video & Sound Editing and Innovation & Entrepreneurship these subjects really help me build a solid foundation in graphic design. I have worked on my different projects during my study, like projects on (A 3D model of hand), (newspaper Ad for consumer product), (Six-Pages wall calendar Design), (3D models and animate them by applying appropriate textures), (design of a fruit juice packet), (Perform portrait photography) and my final year project on “Branding Identity for A Company”. In July 2020, I decided to start my career as a Senior Visualizer in a well-known ad-house agency “The Colour Cottage” in Dhaka. Then I specialize in developing, organizing, timekeeping, creativeness and innovative ideas for better corporate productivity and monitoring. So I am interested to develop my skill & academic proficiency by pursuing Bachelor in Animation in China on the Chinese Government Scholarship. And I will learn the Chinese Language. I want to contribute to the field of technology and to serve humanity. My passion is to serve humanity by seeking knowledge and contributing to the field of technology. MY PERSONALITY: Actually, I am a humble person with friendly nature, a good communicator indeed who is blessed with many friends. The most beautiful thing about me is I am always ready to accept good changes in me. I keep a keen view of the reality of life thus approaching people with a positive mind and attitude and always proving to be helpful with honest efforts and true dedication. Besides that, I always feel very joyous and fortunate to meet and greet people belonging to different backgrounds and cultures. As such meetings are always important because they proved to be beneficial in future also it makes things easy to cope whether one works or studies in his own country or outside the country. REASON TO STUDY IN CHINA: One may ask why I don’t study Bachelor in Bangladesh. The reason is that at higher studies the quality of education is not good and there are no Animation or related subjects to do bachelor in most of the universities of Bangladesh. On the contrary, China is an advanced country with a lot of top-ranked Universities. Reading the books, watching the news, analyzing and observing the people of China, I am really impressed by the way these individuals have proved themselves to be dedicated to their work and with true efforts they have set China as a successful example for the other third world or developed countries. And one more attraction to this scenario is the Chinese Government Scholarship for citizens of third world countries like Bangladesh who cannot afford the expensive education in China. Moreover, China's diverse cultural norms and values, the famous gentle hospitality of its people and Bangladesh-China all-weather friendly relations since past to promote bilateral trade, acceptance and peace to both sides in great clarity make me feel China is my second home. All these reasons are put together to make China an ideal place for me to do my Bachelor’s degree. STUDY PLAN IN CHINA: I am interested in securing a seat of Bachelor in Animation with the Chinese Government Scholarship on the Chinese University Program. I want to develop my knowledge in this area of media skills like graphic design, animation, video editing, this caught my attention and created a thirst for knowledge in me to study my chosen course. I already have good concepts on Animation and Visual Communication and in my diploma I secured high mark in those subjects. On the way, it also provides more opportunities to work smoothly in any type of company. During my studies, with great hidden abilities in myself, I will try to come up with the best of everything. After completion of my Bachelor’s studies, I hope to be able to take part in maximizing my country’s economy and enhance the living standards of my compatriots. I will work individually and in groups to gain the objectives. I will definitely follow the guidelines given by the professors and teachers so that the set goals can be achieved.
