In general,   hobbies are considered to be individual aspects. It varies based on individual activity and the social effects on their views and choices. A hobby can be anything which tends to make someone happy. In my view, hobbies do not need to be difficult proportion to enjoy. Knowing how to fill your evenings or weekends can be challenging. Picking a new hobby can be daunting at first especially when you have a lot going on already. Your hobbies may have become neglected over the years as you try to find a work-life balance. A hobby gives you time to relax, which can, in turn, reduce your stress level. A physical one involves exercise that will release endorphins to boost your mood and mental faculties. It can also help you find new skills and uncover hidden talents. Being active and playing sports can help with your physical health and well being while helping to burn energy. With more sleep and less stress,  you’ll find happiness in a sport or activity. These are the reasons let me thinking about starting to play a new sport which is really important for my mental, emotional,   physical health. I was thinking about what kind of sport I could commit to and enjoy for the rest of my life without ever getting bored. Dancing was the best choice for that. I have been interested in dancing for a long time. Therefore, I have taken up this sport recently. Previously, I thought most kinds of exercises needed to master their difficult technique to reduce the risk of injury during exercises, So I have to get a gym membership and do my exercise Performing exercises under the supervision of the coach. This idea get me away from sports for a long time. but I found dancing is completely different, It doesn't need all of that. One of the greatest things about dance is that anyone can participate. If you’re able to move, even if it’s only your upper body, you can dance. This what makes dance so popular with people who typically shy away from other forms of exercise. I don’t need a gym membership,  I can do it in my home without any equipment. There are plenty of free workouts on YouTube, I know a lot of coaches on YouTube that I would enjoy dancing with them. I'm going to buy sport outfits to motivate me and doesn't hinder my movements. I believe that dancing will help me to improve my fitness level, muscle tone and developing my balance and flexibility. also it gives me a mood boost and better night’s sleep. In Conclusion If you’re thinking about maybe trying dancing, DO IT! It’s great for your physical, mental, and cognitive health, plus you may just love it. On top of all of those benefits, you might even meet a new friend or two in the process.
