"Either you run the day or the day runs you"
Working for any organization would be a hectic task to do. Depending on what work the person is doing and what pay the person is getting, people tend to stay at one organization or change whenever needed. Some people do work for the same organization for all their life but some people have an urge to change their organization frequently. The subsequent paragraph elaborates more on the view with an appropriate illustration.
According to some people, staying at one organization gives us more knowledge and also can help us grow in the same organization. People tend to be stationary at a point in their life where they feel it's easy to work for one organization than multiple organizations. When a person has a surety of his/her whole life, they do have an impulse reaction to stick to the same job for a lifetime. On the other hand, some people think working for different organizations gives us more exposure to the world and introduces us to a different work environment. Working for multiple companies can help a person to grow in many ways. People gain their confidence, they are more outspoken, and also increases their knowledge.
I believe people working in both conditions can do well in their life. For instance, I have a group of friends working for different organizations. One of my friends is working for the same company for the past 2 years and wants to continue there because she has a permanent income and many other benefits. On the other hand, I have one friend who keeps on changing the organization because she is not satisfied with the job or the pay. Also, she has a mindset that changing organizations would help her get more confident. So it depends on the persons' mindsets.
