In this twenty first century, it is pondered by certain folks that the best way to run a business within the family, since family has been playing pivotal role for running business. Here, I will talk about about pros and cons and come to my final conclusion. On the one hand, family is a precious gift from the God, Which everybody do not have. Firstly, if a person does business with family, the chances of getting cheated become lower. Because, in this modern period, all the masses cheat to the individual company in which they are working. Secondly, it is well said that '' group work is best '' so, all the family members can make efforts in order to take their business to the next level. So the both family as well as their business get name and fame. Thirdly, it will be extremely beneficial for the company in which family members are working because the chances of ambiving extra charges will be lower Aas family have unbreakable bond with each other. So, the business will become prosperous in few years without cenfering a job to the completely strange person. On the other hand, all things in the world have it's negative side so, if a person indulge himself in family business, there might be chances that he can not pay much interest towards his dreamgoal and rain his future. Secondly, all family members are not professional as much as they should for doing business so the chances of getting successful in Business may get lower. Finally, it is well said that all flowers are not in one garden so all the masses in family have different bind of mindset and attitude so, there may be chances that one can rain the family business and exaggerate the problem. To agglomerate, all things have positive and negative side but it depends on the individuals choice and preferences at a time that whether they like to do a business within family or involving themselves in the other jobs.
