Some people say that music is a good way of bringing people of different cultures and ages together. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

It is highly recommended to create an environment which will result in individuals from various cultures and ages to come together. There is an opinion among people on whether or not to use music as means, in order to dismiss differences among groups. In my opinion, this measure could be extremely successful in achieving this goal. I feel music helps in release of tension from mind making it possible for people to take initiative to understand others. There is a large variety to choose from when it comes to music. Older age may listen to music that is pleasing and calm whereas youngsters prefer dance and pop music. But, as there is a common saying "Change is good", this grouping of age could be removed if both of them would introduce the significant other to their music.
