Personally I prefer to communicate by telephone or face to face rather than email. At first, the engagement or communication between two sides is higher during face-to-face conversation. When I speak to someone directly on phone, I’m less likely to get distracted. Direct communication makes people concentrate on the conversation. when you communicate directly using telephone you can get more information and interaction than if you use just email or voice email.
