Some people believe that it is best to accept bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try improve such situations.

The approach by employees to offered benefits by employers differ depending on each person. One part of the society considers to be enough with the low limit of the financial satisfaction in unhappy working enviroment, however opposite side who is against this point of view argues that more reliant option is to encourage yourself to develop such circumstances.
