In this concurrent world, due to increase in globalization employment rate is increasing day by day. Some people believe that men are more naturally more competitive than their counter parts. If questioned, I agree with this notion. My preference is explained further in the ensuring paragraphs. There are many reasons for my agreement. The foremost one is orthodox and stereo type mentality is responsible. In other words, owing to this type of mentality, in the early age children to be taught like men should be do outdoor works, while have to do household work, which leads people give more opportunity to men. Furthermore, psychologically men are more stronger. Women have a motherhood nature and they are more emotional, so men’s are more strong in terms of their work and family life.
