Applying for a job in today’s world can be quite challenging compared to back in the day. Not only that a certain individual must have good qualifications, but also needs to have certain skills in this modern age employment method. Most of the time, hiring companies or organizations rely on good qualifications rather than looking for the personal skills of a worker. However, as our society continues to evolve and adapt to new changes, companies and organizations may alter this kind of management in terms of employment. That being said, between good qualifications and social skills, both are essential skills to apply in a worker’s arsenal. In my point of view, I think possessing social skills is more important than good qualifications in the long run. Despite the latter being a significant factor in a work.
