From the story about the race of the rabbit and the turtle, we can absorb some rewarding lessons. Among all of them, the lesson about “slow and steady” can be seen as the highlight of this story. Every success needs time and precision, so stay calm and steady are the secrets if we want to achieve long-term achievements. High speed can be helpful sometimes, we cannot deny it. However, winning a long race requires steadiness and diligence. We can see many examples of this lesson in real life: building a company, taking up a new habit, or learning new things. Let’s take my English learning journey as an example. I got a 9. 4 for the English test in the national exam after a lot of hard work, patience, and determination.
