Majority of the people have contrasting opinion on difficult situations; whether they should embrace it or attempt to change it. Personally, I believe that we should leave no stone unturned to upgrade and better our lives. It is surprising that a large number of people are somewhat fatalist, and they believe in compromising with whatever they have. This trait might be attributed to their upbringing, as most of us have been raised to adjust and never challenge the status quo. On the other hand, we have the go-getters. Such kind of people believe in the fruits of their labor. A huge chunk of the world leaders and great personalities such as Abraham Lincoln belong to this category. Having considered both categories, I would say one should always strive to overcome the hardships and challenges in life.
