self-introspection and its effects

self-introspection and its effects ApwDn
We often say about people, judge people over what they are doing with you or even with their own life. But the thing we lack in is the term known as self-introspection, which basically means checking on ourselves that we we are doing with our as well as others life. Whether we are hurting someone, doing wrong with someone or even we being hard on ourselves. That is where we go wrong, we spend our lives complaining about people for what they did to us, but if we focus on our deeds first it will surely help us to understand the other person's mentality.
