In my point of view, both trainings at the primary school nor the secondary school have their own benefits and cons; although I consider myself to be more disagree with the given statement, which I considered to be less sensible.
First, studying at an early age isn't that interesting especially when it comes to learning a foreign language.
Secondly, due to the fact of the weak knowledge of the target children about their native, learning a second language can be found uneasy to fallow, and it might decrease their confidence.
Thirdly, I believe that everyone should be able to have the ability to choose, therefore when it comes to training a second language they should be free to find out which one is more useful than the others for them, and they're interested in.
To sum up, although knowing at least another language besides your mother tongue isn't something that we can run away from, on the contrary, it could end up unwell if we don't find a proper time.
