This method include cutting namely, the tea leaves cut, torn and curled and quick process granular pieces created. After that, rolled leaves spred on tiles and cement. The next stage, the tea leaves drying with hot air dryers. Before drying tea leaves, they are mixed with enzymes and air, this result the tea leaves change to copper colour. Finally, after drying leaves, they are released flavour and aroma, and total 97% moisture out.
