Nowadays the increasing amount garbage is a real concern. Why is this happening? What can be done to resolve this? v.3

Dear Sir, This is to bring in to your notice that the garbage collection process is not working fine. The wastes are usually wrapped and kept in front of our homes. however, for the past two months, we do no see it is been collected in a regular manner. Earlier the collection was four time a week, but in the above mentioned period it seems to be only twice a week. Our neighborhood is completely filled families and there are hardly any shops. As a result, there is always a good amount of rubbish is generated. Most of it are food waste or from fruits and vegetables. Or in other terms they are degradable wastes which attracts insects and flies very soon. Since this is the case, there is a major fear of disease spread among children due to insects. As the representatives of the neighborhood, we request you to direct your team to follow the four time collection for a week. It is also fine if it is thrice a week. But, we want you to let us know the days when will the collection happen. We hope that you understand our concern and make sure a robust process in put in place and also we will get a reply to this letter. Thanking youconcerned citizen.
