In this essay, I want to describe the relationship between employees and a company at my current workplace and my point of view towards it. My current company is relatively small. Therefore it is very agile in a lot of aspects. All head managers are not far away from employees and as a result, almost any aspect can be negotiable at any point in time. We don't have set in stone rules about work time, duties, responsibilities, and how to discuss salary. It feels like not working for someone but more like a collaboration of self-employed people looking forward to the same goals and achievements. This approach is not ideal and has some controversial features. For instance, some people may not like to reschedule their plans if something urgent is required, and some may be unsatisfied to be responsible for broad types of things. I like this attitude and the experience I got from it.
