In brief, modern human resources will result in development of Technology, adaptation of technique and many more benefits. At glance, increasing new generation is because of rising population. Overpopulation is only the disadvantage over here. In contrast pros are more than cons. Looking at postive side, knowledge is necessary to handle machines in today's world. Old people cannot capable to do this but the young adults can. For example, mobile phones are used regularly most in hand of young blood. ATM machines, online shopping or any other online work and vending machine all or part of life, now, that can be handled easily by younger ones.
