In this contemporary Era, both men and women are given equal opportunities. In ancient times orthodox mentality of people was a huge barrier for women. But now, slowly and gradually everyone is understanding importance of women in society. In my opinion not only men but women also has equal capabilities to handle any job with great perfection and determination. Nowadays, all the opportunities are open for females. Government is supporting the education of girls by providing scholarships and free primary schooling in backward areas. The women who loves her family and one who has given birth, is firstly an individual and has legal rights to make her own career. One has given a lot of efforts to fly high leaving the mud behind. In this cutting edge time, equal opportunities are given and this results in international achievement for aur country by females. For instance, Mary Kom India's first female world champion in boxing, Geeta and Babita won a gold in wrestling, Sania Nehwal in badminton and so on. Furthermore in space like Kalpana chavla, a first female to land on moon. In defense sector also females are at the top. In medical field most of the doctors are women. To recapitulate, women empowerment is spread all over the world. Both men and women are made by God and thus has got equal intelligence and capabilities to do Job in any field. A women should not underestimate herself and should become great example for future generation.
