The advantage of this activity is to build an invisible bridge between teachers and students. teachers could evaluate themselves by this. But all things have both sides. students might judge their teacher by their preference. Feedback is good for students, too, because it helps them feel more fully engaged in their education. Feedback also gives teachers concrete advice on making the education process more enjoyable and effective.
