It is true that many organizations need older people for their upper or top positions. But, some people are here who believe younger people are better than older. I agree that in this competitive era organizations are much beneficial to have older people for their company. To begin with, it is tough for younger to compete with older people's experience. The aged people are gained a lot of experiences throughout their career, those are crucial for an organization. The reason for this in business matters their not only the knowledge is effective for organizations, besides they need some feasible solutions for several problems, which is getting early as possible for the aged people's experience. As a result older people made a perfect choice for an organization than the less experienced younger people.
