It is often argued that it is more effective to recruit experienced employees in order to save time and capital, even if they do not have higher education. This essay completely agrees with this opinion because of the utilities it brings to employers. To embark on, possessing a university degree does not guarantee that a candidate will be any better at the job than someone without a degree. Accordingly, it is important for employers to hire workers in terms of work experience and productivity. Because the person who has work experience can easily catch on work and he can work based on his experience. The obvious proof of this is Steve Jobs who built the world`s biggest company, Apple, without a university degree. Moreover, after his enduring years of ups and downs, experiences he became a successful person in his job. Another point to consider is that obtaining a higher education only proves you can be successful academically, not in a real-world job situation. Therefore, even if someone has higher education, but no experience it is inefficient for employers to hire. Honestly, it takes a plethora of time to train employees who don`t have any job experiences. Also, when training workers, the employer waste money on wages. Therefore, it is better to find experienced workers. For instance, many leading companies have changed their minds about the need for degrees, including Google, Netflix, Tesla, IBM, Penguin Random House, Bank of America, Hilton and Apple. In fact, nearly half of Apple's U. S. employees are people without a four-year education. Thus, advantages of job experience should be important for all employers. To conclude, I strongly believe that employers should prioritize work experience over educational degree when choosing employees because of time and money efficiency.
