Nowadays, the majority of parents are career oriented and mostly occupied with their office work in order to become more successful. This leads them to establish a nuclear family where they hardly spend quality time with their offspring and nurture them with cultural value of family and humanity. As a result, their children being isolated at home and hardly meet their extended families, and gradually they attain feelings of unsocial and disrespectful to others. For example, a recent survey shows that 83% of youngsters who belong to a small working family are having introvert attitude and having less respect to others. Undoubtedly, this destructive situation can enhance by parents and the community as a whole. To embark with individuals, they can learn an effective parenting skill which helps them to understand how devote their time to their family and teach them value of socialism and being respectful towards each other. Additionally, society also can establish the community service centers to offer a platform for social gathering and work for needful members to being more associative with others and exchanges healthy relationship with them. For example, in the USA such organizations are the best places to develop a nature of being part of collective society and build social behavior which helps their people to give reverence to others. To conclude, nowadays, many find socialism an arduous task and developing disrespectful mindset towards others due to lack of attention from their family.
