Because of having a chance to undertake various missions when switching an array of temporary professions, not only can workers more effortlessly adapt in multiple situations but they are enabled to figure out their strengths, leading to their permanent career orientations. This can be illustrated when young adults take up such jobs as online sellers, beauty bloggers, and influencers for several months, which may assist them in fostering numerous abilities, including communication, presenting, or make-up; thus, they can discover their strong points to seek everlasting occupations. The merits of passing employment in boosting numerous capacities can therefore be seen. Furthermore, selecting part-time careers can guarantee citizens’ flexible timetables. Indeed, they are not required to work in a fixed working duration as working for huge corporations. As a result, they can allocate their spare time in entertaining activities, adopting individual habits, and taking care of their families, broadening their empirical understandings and giving rise to rejuvenation, resulting in higher productivity and employment gratification.
