I disagree with the statement because final product is more important than the making process because final product brings profit to the enterprise, it is important to satisfy the consumer whatever may be the process of making it if the final product is not good the enterprise may fail in the market, also the process of making the product is should be in a organized manner and done with care. For example if a enterprise is making cars or any automobiles if the automobiles does not meet the requirements of the consumer it is a waste of time and energy of the workers and likewise if the workers doesn't follow the proper procedure or set of guidelines and produced the product even it meets the requirements of the consumer there wont be a nice impression on the enterprise, so both the process and the final product is important to succeed in the market.
