Generally, doctors suggest everyone to walk daily for better health. walking which is one of the greatest exercise to physically. It helps to keep physically fit us as well as mentally. Although, in modern era, people do not get enough time for walking as well they do not safe walk outside. As a result, they can not walk regularly. Rest of my writing i will discuss about the reasons why have people been reducing walk in their life. And how to encourage people to walk. If we concentrate toward the reasons of walking less, we get plenty of points on it. Earlier, there were no widgets, internet, phone so people got many time for walking.
