No, I believe that the government or the hospitals should provide free of cost service atleast for the general check up and with a very minimum fee on diagnosis, based on the individuals earning. There are people below poverty who cannot even meet their minimum needs. As technology is increasing the medical expenses are also increasing to treat different diseases. A common man may not spend money on the expenses ignoring the health. This may inturn increase the death rate effecting the country's harmony. Every country should consider the people in the below poverty line and make sure that they meet their helath needs with no cost. In this way the fear of cost gets reduced and people get diagonised immediately not waiting until something is critical.
