In 1967 at Felix Stone, , it can easily be seen that there used to be a large farmland next to the shop. However, it has been rebuilt after nearly four decades by a complex that includes a hotel, swimming pool, and tennis courts. While, to the left of the farmland, there were two shops separated by a high street. However, in 2001, one of each was replaced in the apartment. On the other hand, only the coffee shop and the dunes stayed in the same place after four decades. This town's seafront used to be home to a large marina and pier, on the contrary it was demolished and replaced with a public beach.
