Emotional intelligence in my workplace

This essay will be a brief analysis of the reasons why emotional intelligence became crucial for peoples' work. Since humans started to interact with each over, feelings and emotions had influenced this process, however, we began to develop and apply the concept of emotional intelligence to our workplaces relatively recently. Along with humanity started to solve issues that require collaborative and creative work of larger groups, correspondence between the emotional atmosphere and results become clear. The bigger group, the more attention each should pay to interpersonal skills. It is helping us prevent or solve conflicts, recognize the reasons behind the lack of productivity and motivation, easier handle sensitive situations. As a result, organizations that emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence have higher productivity results and happier members.
