Some people believe that education should be free because of the various living conditions of people, while the otgers think it should be compulsory and under control. Below I will support my ideas to the extent above and give my examples. In many countries education is free and one can choose to study or not for his or her wish and could decide as parent's will. And no control or overview is taken by the government. There children can decide their lives and activities for their purposes and no restrictions they will meet on their way of life. But in some other countries children have to attend school or liceums because there is compulsory education is required. For example, in Uzbekistan pupils must study for 11 years at schools and it is under control by government. They should attend and cannot miss
