Well, the flat is not really roomy with simple interior design, but it’s suitable for us to rent, ( the rental cost is suitable for our finance). And All amenities are available in the proximity of my flat, like supermarkets, restaurants, fashion stores, convenient transportation, especially near my school. I prefer living in a house where I grew up so I always feel it is more larger and comfortable than a flat. In addition, I can spend my time in a garden or backyard instead of a central park or another public place.
