Dear Sir/MadamMyname is Sagr resident at Hillwood gated community plot no 15b. writing this letter to address an issue with my recent purchased mixer grinder made by Hilton ekectricls The mixer grinder was blue colour with a chrome stripped badge on it. The executive from your shop handover me the equipment after ensuring the working condition when I plugged it into my house power inlet its not working at all. After completing my primary inspection along with the building my wiring system has a good and finalized problem with your equipment. I am contacted one of your employees through the phone number printed on the bill. After raising the complaint a number P6525 is generated and assigned home pick up on the same date 12/12/2020. Unfortunatly no one came to take the item back. Then am tried to contact through the phone number no one responding, it is very disappointing According to the company policy, I would like to request you to arrange an alternative method to pick up the machine and initiate a replacement procedure as soon as possible Regards
