Life is becoming more and more busy. People have to work harder so that they can improve their living conditions. That's the reason which makes many people stressed. However, all problems have their solutions. First, you should take more time for your family and yourself. You should enjoy the weekend by traveling with your family or your friends, and have a cosy dinner with them everyday. Second, you shouldn't focus too much on your work. You should know when is the limit to stop working at that time, you can do exercise, listen to music on freetime. Don't try to work more when you're too tired. Third, if you have any problems in your work or your life, don't hesitate to share it with your family or your best friends. By listening to you and giving you advice, they could reduce your stress. That's everything which I think is the best way to manage stress. I hope that stress will never affect us in the future, or at least it doesn't make us worry anymore.
