Having a healthy body is important to your life. The way I usually do to keep my body fit is having a balanced diet and good nutrition. It is one of the key factors contributing to a healthy body. I started to keep a regular balanced diet 2 years ago. I try to avoid fast (foods like cakes, cookies…. etc. I also try to limit the amount of protein I consume. I never eat many fish or chicken a day. To keep fit I always eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins for my body needs. Drink a lot of water is also a good way. In my opinion, maintaining a healthy diet can increase energy and make you become a happier person because you will be consuming the nutrients that enough for you. Besides, it can reduce disease risk, supporting the body to function well. I will recommend it to others because a balanced diet can bring to everyone many benefits to stay healthy and keep fit.
