In the picture I saw two people cycling on the beach. These people are equipped with helmets and backpacks so I think they cycling for fitness. This is a great way to exercise and keep fit. You can ride your bike and breathe fresh air at sea. This not only helps you physically but also mentally. Through the photo, I can see that they are healthy people and have a habit of exercising.
