I know many people around me who have a lot of responsibilities and most of them have a lot of stress too. I want to talk about one of my university professors who has a lot of duties on his shoulders. He is a Ph. D. holder and simultaneity teaches at two different universities, some institutes outside of the university. He is always monitoring and following his students and has some private classes at the weekend. I have seen him very close how he handles all these duties and I assume he must reduce some of his classes because it might damage his physical and mental health.
