Culture and traditions change from generation to generation. Why does this happen? What can be done to change it? v.2

New generations can easily notice a drastic change in the culture and traditions which were earlier followed by their parents and forefathers. It has been seen with almost every generation. This essay will discuss about the reasons for this and the solutions to prevent this. Firstly, with the advent of technology, culture of meeting in-person is reducing. Earlier people used to visit their relatives after a certain time period or at least twice in a year, but now everybody prefer to ask about the well-being of near and dear ones just over the phone by talking to them. Secondly, with the availability of home delivery of the food, no one wants to cook at home and culture of ordering online is burgeoning. Lastly, the cinema plays a huge role in changing the customs that we used to follow and the attire we wear. One of the major reasons of this is the overuse of technology. So, we should limit our usage of electronic gadgets and find some time to meet others by visiting their place. Inventions are done for people's benefits, but excess of everything is bad. People should get the food delivered at their doorstep on the need bases rather than adding the same to their daily routine. Similarly, people should not forget their roots and should not blindly follow the movie stars just for the sake of fashion. To summarize, we see a tremendous gap in customs followed by the new generation verses the old generation. Technology, Easily availability of cooked food and Cinemas are to blame for this, but everyone should closely observe the drawbacks for following these trends and avoid themselves getting used to these.
