Complaint of cassette player to the manager of shop AgWqw
I am writing to complain about the cassette player that I bought from your shop last night. When I used it for the first time, it worked properly. Next time, when I put on it, its sound was extremely low and then it didn’t work. I felt regrettable. Although this cassette player was band new and costly, it didn’t fend to me that value I sent the cassette player back to your shop after having been assured by one of the assistants that I would be sent a refund. However, I still have not received one. As a regular customer of yours, I feel disappointed with the way I have been treated and hope that steps will be taken to rectify the situation
