we are always confused in choosing between an apartment and a house. But overall, I prefer to live in an apartment. An apartment is generally smaller in size than a house. So it will be more suitable for young people like me. In contrast, a house tends to be larger, has more space. therefore, we will use more energy and spend more time cleaning. the cost may be the most important issue, especially for the new buyers. It costs less to buy an apartment than it does to buy a house. This is suitable for the financial ability of those who want to live their own life. A house often has its own garden or yard. we have more spaces for kids, relaxing or barbecuing. However, many apartments offer balconies, courtyards. Some apartments share a pool. Especially, in an apartment, we also have amazing views.
