However, besides the similarities, there are some differences between frogs and toads such as body features and natural habitats. Most frogs live in water or moist environment, therefore, they have moist and smooth skin. With those frogs which live in water, they also have webbed toes. They also have long legs that are capable of very long jump; protuberant and bulge out eyes Moreover, some frogs contain mild toxins that make them distasteful for potential predators. Toads can live in both dry and moist environments, so they often have dry, bumpy and possibly warty skin. Their bodies are shorter than frogs and they have stubby or muscular legs.
