Before most people were going to their work department; however, technological development affected to this and nowadays people are working online from home. While there is clearly a drawback to this, I personally believe that the benefits are more significant. In my opinion, the disadvantage of online working is that employers are not developing their some skills, such as, teamwork or partnership. The reason for this is that they are working alone and not communicating with others. Therefore, with colleagues employer can easily solve the problem rather than phone calls or email.
