advice for students before their exam

advice for students before their exam dlrnX
Among the teacher's advice, I was surprised by the advice “take regular breaks while you are studying”. Most students are very busy with studying before each exam and they always study for many hours continuously. They thought it wouldn't be a waste of time to do so, and so did I. Through the teacher's advice, I have learned more about how to study effectively and rest properly, which is very helpful for students' exam preparation. And the most useful advice for me is the diet during exam preparation. Before the exam, I usually eat fast food to save time and drink tea or coffee to keep my mind clear. I realized that it was bad for my health and affected my psychology when I entered the exam.
