Nowadays, the number of scholarships to get study aboard for free is increasing rapidly. Some people really want to get a scholarship to study aboard because they believe that study aboard will give some advantages. But we must pay attention that study aboard also has some disadvantages. In this essay, we will discus about the advantages and disadvantages of studying aboard. Having an experience living outside your country will benefits you in better spoken other language, especially when you get an opportunity to study in the country which English is the language. English is the international language that accepted in most of the countries in this world. If you study aboard, when you go back to your country, your value will increase because you have a better English language. And of course you get job easily. Moreover, when you decide to study aboard, you will have an experience to deal with a different culture. With many diversity in this world, the ability to adapt with new culture is needed. You will find some friends with different race, culture, habits, and religion. When you go back to your own country, you will be ready to face the working environment. However, if you don’t prepare well to study aboard, you will get some disadvantages. For example, when you go for study outside your country without any research about the place that you will be lived in. It’s going to be tough life, when you don’t bring any suitable clothes, comfort shoes or warm socks when it is winter at that time. You must prepare all of the things that needed to live there. If not, you will not focus on your study and it will impact your grade. I strongly believe that study aboard will give more advantages to my life in the future. I need to improve my skills in English and in ability to adapt with new culture as well. AS a result, it will benefits my career in the future as a civil servant.
