Specifically, the most notable change was the expansion of the industrial complex. To begin with, a replacement of Derelic warehouse by the carpark was witnessed in the North of Lakeview. Moving on, the Old town, which was located across from Derelic warehouse, was demolished so as to establish both offices and the university. While the residential area, school and the river remain unchanged, the left-hand of the river saw a renovation of the art center by the state-of-the-art cinema. The residential area, which was in close proximity to the art center, was also replaced by the new shopping center. In the South-East of the village, the original residential area was knocked down in order to expanded the industrial complex area. Eventually, a lake, which was paralleled to the industrial complex, was wrecked to form a pond.
