Dear Rishi, I can’t believe that we didn’t see each other since your brother’s birthday party two years ago! Anyway, it was great catching up last week! I’m undoubtedly grateful to you for agreeing to look after my house while I’m away. As you know, I have recently moved to one of the happening street in the city, which is the Sinclair street. My apartment is in A1 block and you could spot it without much effort as it is just at the entrance of the lane, and also there’s a huge palm tree which can be seen from a distance. I don’t want to burden you with my household chores, but I would be really grateful to you if you can walk my pet, Tony twice every day. He’s extremely friendly, although he seems scary at times. Other than that, do you think you could manage watering my plants in the garden? Just once a day would be fine. Since there’s a maid in the house, you don’t have to worry about cleaning. There are plenty of things to keep entertained in the area. Trust me, you won’t be bored. There’s a food festival in the next road if you’re interested to check out various cuisines. You could also go to the movies, the tickets are not that expensive. Do visit the new cafe, which has opened just beside the block if you want to grab some coffee.
