WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES AND DİSADVANTAGES OF BEİNG A FAMOUS? qL7ad
Fame has Both Bright and Dark Side Nowadays, a majority of people are interested in stardom and aspire to be famous. It is widely believe that celebrities have a marvelous life without any worries or problems. However, is being a star that easy? A number of people are not aware of the fact that fame can bring both advantages and drawbacks. Admittedly, the main advantages of being famous is that they can earn money quite easily. Celebrities are popular. This popularity composes them to become ambassadors for leading brand products. Companies hire them to endorse their products due to the fact that products promoted by celebrities tend to sell well. Well-known people are rich they can buy with ease anything they want without having to worry about the cost. Their popularity and their purchasing power make them feel satisfied with the work they do and help boost their morale. For instance; Someone like Kerem Tunceri makes a living, not only from playing basketball, but he is also the face the ING Bank and promotes many other bands. In Addition, stardom gets a special treatment everywhere they go. From special seating at theaters to special tables at restaurants, celebrities are given the advantage of being the preferred customers everywhere they go. They get free parking at hotels or their car are guarded at events. That is exactly why the perks of being famous is just so tempting. However, When you look at the other side of picture, although the possibility of being recognized for who you are or for something you did can seem extremely appealing, it may also put you in some odd or uncomfortable situations. For example; when they are trying to have a relaxing dinner with their friends, celebrities are so often interrupted for by their fun and/or paparazzi. More so, every single behavior and event in famous people's personal life is closely watched and judged by the public. Therefore, celebrities cannot do many things that the average person can without having an invasion of their privacy. In conclusion, I can say that a well-known person’s life has both bright and dark sides. As far as I am concerned, not everyone will be able to cope with fame. As no one builds a house without doing a cost analysis, even so, with perusing fame one should know the cost.
